First time there I was seen promptly, the staff is very kind and courteous... Dr. Arsiwala was awesome, Front desk Uriah is informative/aware, and the manager Ikisha was genuinely concerned with how everyone's visit went or is going...Extremely impressed!! I will return...

I will never go there again I was the only person in waiting room for 45 min then took 35 min to take four x-rays for them to tell me nothing is wrong with my foot I can barley walk on it but there is nothing wrong with it. For those of you out there go to the er before you go there.

We like this Urgent Care . It is a new one in the area . I accompanied my friend with her son who had a dog bite.

The front desk registration was quick and efficient. we were soon greeted by a pleasant , efficient medical assistant who took the child's vitals , history in a detailed manner. We were impressed with her - her name was Misty.

Soon we were seen by a very sweet female physician .Her name is DR NALLANI . She had excellent bedside manners , listens when you speak and does not interrupt, She was very thorough , gentle and calmed the screaming child . She did a good job at the laceration .

We would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

We have never been to this new urgent care. My very close friend 's husband was there few months ago and stated his experience as average. My best friend was there with a fish hook stuck to her finger and this is the experience she shared. hope it helps anyone. The front desk registration was very very painful . Her name was Loni and she was very inefficient , lacked customer service skills and had no idea about insurances. It took her 45 min to do anything. We almost wanted to leave , but a very pleasant and sweet medical assistant took us inside . Her name was Misty , and she had to face my cranky behavior. " I refused to comply with taking my vitals since the fish hook was killing me" . The physician on call then was a very pleasant ,with excellent bedside manners and very tactful quickly jumped in and decided to remove it first. She made it very painless as she was very gentle. , knew what she was doing. My family doctor would loose his temper and throw his weight around the front desk and medical assistants , but not this doctor. After the fish hook came out , she was firm and explained the policies of the urgent care. Misty came in and took my detailed history. we liked her. " My next door neighbor went in for a sinus infection and was seen by this same knowledgeable Indian female doctor. Her name sounded like Dr Nalani and another efficient medical assistant called Blanca. It is nice to have an urgent care in the township with credentialed medical assistants and physicians. Strongly recommend this place

Being a Waterford resident I've had to use the Urgent Care a few times and it's normally a pleasant experience. Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had there, solely because of this truly awful doctor. I came in as I had been to my primary care doctor a week ago (as I was sick), and I had been swabbed for strep. The rapid test came back negative, but the culture came back positive. This is a week later that I'm finding this out and I feel fine now. I don't do well on antibiotics so I do not want to be put on any unless absolutely necessary. So I went to Waterford Urgent Care to get re-tested for strep to see if I still had strep. The rapid test came back negative which isn't a huge surprise as it had prior as well. But this doctor did not want to send the test in for a culture (the entire reason for the visit). After my asking "why", her reasoning was that the rapid test came back negative. Well, yes...and that is why you normally send out a culture, as it is far more accurate. I know this and I didn't go to medical school. I have no clue how this woman is even practicing. She finally said she would send the test out for a culture, but she wasn't particularly convincing. Seeing that getting this culture was the only reason for my coming in, on the way out I asked her "You are sending that in for a culture, correct?" Very rudely she responded "What did I say?". I said "Well I just wanted to confirm." She responded "Why would you want to confirm?" I responded "Because you seemed hesitant to send in the culture." She responded "Because it isn't what I recommended". I asked her "Well, why wouldn't you recommend it?" She yells "I'm not talking about this! It's already sent in!" I then asked her what her name was and she was hesitant to give me her name. It's common sense that if a rapid test comes back negative a culture is a good idea (especially since a culture from a week ago came back POSITIVE) due to it's much higher accuracy. If she can't handle a simple task like getting a culture sent out, I sure as heck wouldn't trust her for anything serious. I am in literal disbelief.

Worst Location

I will never return to this location again! The receptionist are rude and are not at all courteous! 0 out of 5 stars! I have never been to any medical facility and not been greeted! St. Joseph's facilities are usually above reproach! I'm very disappointed!
