Horrible service, total rip off! They told my 75 yr old dad that his iPhone 4 had a virus that couldn't be fixed, and he must be upgraded. (His phone wouldn't do anything totally froze). They kept the phone over night to see if they could figure out the problem. Didn't want want dad to take his phone back with him. Next day we ourselves, went one YouTube to see if we could figure the problem, and the phone was fixed and upgraded 2hrs. Working better than before! Do not let this store rip you off! They either are totally clueless in their profession, or just want to scam you!
