If your not going for laser tag just don't go... Bumper cars are ok (small area), games ok, staff nice, but Its pretty small, If you want your kids to get a little exercise don't even bother with the "jump Zone" it is NASTY!!! covered in dirt, stains everywhere, everything that was supposed to be bright yellow had hand prints, drip stains, and was grey from not being cleaned in SO long. The bounce house obstacle courses that on the site say are in Waterford, are not at that location. They only have a slide and regular bounce house.

and 24-26k are year salaries for the location manager who is usually required to work 90-100 hours every two weeks. Almost everything purchased is foreign made (their clothing is not certified as sweatshop free) or purchased from Sam's club (where most items come from China). The list goes on. Basically Zap Zone is like any other private corporation, their only motive is to make money which results in cutting costs, duping customers, and mistreating or taking advantage of employees. Good place to take the kids, bad place to support.
