sewage was backing up into the garage, called a few plumbers and they said it was a main line and wanted to charge a good amount. when i called mr. rooter they were the only ones who asked if i was on city sewer or septic. we're on septic. turns out the septic needed to be pumped badly there was nasty stuff pooling at the surface of the tank so it wasnt hard to locate. mr rooter came out and pumped it a little later that day!

I generally dislike having service people in my home, but the Mr. Rooter plumber (I forget his name!) made me feel at ease from start to finish. He was clean and professional, not what I thought would be at my door! He did a good job installing my toilet and vanity too!

If I give a company 5 stars that means I was overly impressed by the service. We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. Our shower and sinks had standing water, we did everything we could to fix it before calling the plumber. We went to home depot, rented a snake and got drano but nothing worked.

We called Mr Rooter on a sunday and they said that someone would be out here in about an hour to an hour an a half. We get a call around from Mr. Rooter saying that the plumber be here in about 10-15 minutes.



About 15 minutes later Brian, our plumber arrived, he was very friendly and professional. He looked at what we had going on and knew exactly what was going on. He gave us a price quote, we signed the paper and he got to work.



Brian worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done! He gave us recommendations on what to do if the issue happens again. He recommended that we do NOT use draino since it's acidic and can break down the pipes and is just all around harmful. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again!

If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: that i am very happy with the work that was done on my house. i had no water for 2 days and no one would come out to help me so i called mr rooter, they came out as soon as they could that day and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a lot more simple than the other companies made it out to be!

Used this company more than once, very knowledgeable plumbers!
