Provided by YP.comThe only thing good about this place are their hours. I thought I was being fussy when I thought the owner was rude but reading these reviews now I realize I’m not completely crazy.
As a business owner myself, I try to be as accommodating as possible..., what a shame.

Provided by YP.comMe and my fiance went into this wine store to buy a red for dinner... I started to look around at some of the other drinks on the shelf... Thinking I might buy some mixers or even a scotch... Their selection is not the best if you are looking for anything above lower/middle shelf goods...
"WASTING PEOPLES TIME" I heard from the back. The store owner. I thought he was talking to me, but I ignored it. Didn't know why he would say that. I kept looking.
"Are you looking for a doctor or a lawyer"? The guy in the front giggled nervously. I still didn't think he was talking to me...
"Looking at the inventory, but not buying anything". at this time he was walking up front to the door... "wasting peoples time in a store.... almost like casing the place to me!!" as he walked outside...
I asked the man behind the counter who had just helped my fiance with her purchase of wine, if the guy was serious and if he was the owner. the guy said yes with an annoyed almost "sorry" type of look. I said they just lost my business. As I walked out I also told the owner he lost my business too. I told him he was rude and unbelievable... "You didn't buy anything, did ya?"...
I would have purchased a bottle of scotch...
"Oh, let me help you on my hands and knees. What can I find for you?"...
Too late. You lost my business...
"That's what I thought..."
Probably shouldn't have said anything else at this point, but...
You're and "expletive".(poor choice on my part)
"Thank you"
I'll make sure to let everyone know about your store
"Thank you."
And that is what I thought... I drove across the bridge to Cohoes and found an unlikely source of good prices and customer service at Durso's Liquor Store...

Provided by YP.comI have never been treated so rudely by any store owner ever. David, the owner of the store was nasty, condescending and spiteful when I asked for help with a wine/food pairing. He was also a downright pig and stared at me and made two inappropriate comments. The prices are some of the highest in the area. A ton of wine "dead" wine as it's been sitting there for years. It wasn't the prices or the wine that had turned that ruined the shop for me, it was the horribly rude, pig of an owner. Avoid this store. Seriously. The worst shopping experience of my life.

Provided by YP.comNot even a "good" selection. Dust on all the bottles. "Sales staff" experience limited to bottom shelf goods only.

Provided by YP.comWalked in here looking for Moet champagne and jameson for party. They had both and I was surprised by the jameson. They also had a large selection of wines and i request a case of wine I has when in Napa and they had that. They were very friendly and even order me 2 cases of wine given me a discount. Will definately go there again. They are very knowledgable and good people.
