Absolutely horrible service, grumpy old women cashier decided after I spent several thousand dollars at this location over the past year that she was not going to change in coins for bills ($5) worth.
The waiting time to be cashed out is ALWAYS over 9 minutes no matter how short the line.
Mass confusion by the workers, they all carry on conversation with one another while you stand there waiting for them to finish. Foul language has been used aloud numerous times followed with laughter. This Waterford location is known publicly as the "Red neck dollar", I know why now.
I will in the future drive an extra 8 miles to a store not affiliated with dollar general. Dirty looks & ignored consistently at this location. Miserable employees complaining about the wages and hours they work aloudly...feeling of inconveniencing the workers & feeling of helplessness when it comes to any employee caring about your purchase.
Absolutely horrible....👎👎I will never shop at a dollar general again. Period. Unless you want to feel like a prisoner do not shop here. Absolutely horrible people, store, & service. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
