I had to replace my rusted out box bed on my pickup with a wood flatbed. PennDOT makes it sound like an enhanced inspection needs to be done and Melnick is certified to do it in this county. I had some concerns about the process while they were in the middle of doing it. They were willing hear me out and go the extra mile, contacting the State Police inspector for this county. After clarifying that a different process was necessary, they didn't even charge me for what they had done thus far. You can't ask for better customer focus.
