My father-in-law passed away in June (2019 it's now Sept 2019) and it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Integrity Funeral home in Waterford, WI. They are dishonest, they upsale, consistently tell you we'll get that figured out to you and they never call you back or carry through. Cindi the owner will get nasty with you especially over the phone. The list is to long to list here. We just want you to know DO NOT use this funeral home. They took advantage of my father-in-law and his wife when they signed up for the pre-paid plan about 5 years ago.

I know Cindi and Adam will be there to help ease the pain in making the process as easy and comfortable as can be expected.

Though I dread the day when I will need funeral services for any of my family....I know Cindi and Adam will be there to help ease the pain.
