I thought Dr. Ryan Borgwardt was very personable, he even joked around a little before my extractions. Agree with the comment from Alyson P. that the wait time seems extra long getting in to a room. And a tad long in the procedure room before Doc comes in but not as bad as the main waiting room. Like many medical offices they probably overbook. But Dr. Borgwardt himself I give a high score.

HORRIBLE wait times. After waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, we went back to the exam room and waited another 45 minutes before he came in, spoke to us for 5 minutes in a rehearsed speech. Didn't make eye contact, handed us 2 pieces of paper and left. At the actual appointment to remove the teeth, we waited in the waiting room for another hour. We were told that the bill would be approximately 1 amount so we had to pay up front, then received another bill for a huge amount. When I called I was told I was wrong, they never did that and then hung up on... I would never go back to this place.
