I've ate at plenty of different KFC's around the country as well as many, many different types of restaurants. This KFC on Kimball is by far the worst place I have ever ate! The service was terrible except for when the girl at the counter apologized for the long wait. (they weren't even busy) the counter top at the soda fountain was sticky from spilt drinks, as well as the floor around it, there were even paper straw slips stuck to the counter (the condiments counter didn't fair much better). the floors weren't swept let alone mopped, there were chicken parts lying on the kitchen floor and kicked off to the side. The kitchen help was using their pants and shirt tails to wipe their hands (no aprons or hand towels), the chicken was extremely bland and greasy, as well as the potato wedges, and the coleslaw could have passed for warm cabbage soup. At least my dog enjoyed the chicken, everything else went into the trash. The area manager offered me a free 2 piece chicken dinner for restitution HA-HA, I told him, do you really think I'll ever eat here again. I noticed on this YP webpage for this restaurant, there was a note checked off that said: "Is this your business? Take charge of this listing." apparently, they can't even maintain a simple advertisement, let alone maintain a restaurant. Something far more complicated than a simple advertisement. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because, At least my dog didn't get sick, I guess that's worth 1 star.

They have amazing food. The best macaroni and cheese in the county!
