I would give it -5 stars if I could, worst place I have ever lived, and I lived in a second world country for almost two years! I have been robbed twice in less than 6 months, my front and back window were bashed out in the parking garage I paid extra for, and only one of three elevators work. The floor I live on usually smells like puke, pot, or some variation of alcohol. The lobby is falling apart and police are usually here at a minimum of once a week.
