DO NOT recommend Cottonwood; arthritis meds were not administered nor was I notified there was an issue in administering them during a long stay. On another occasion - after picking the dog up we found he had some minor damage to his gums on one side of his mouth. When I nicely asked if there'd been an issue during his stay, we were told no. Today I was lied to about the availability of some boarding dates coming up; I had a friend call separately because my bs detector went off and sure enough, they were not full. Not going to do business with a company that isn't properly caring for my dog and lies to me.

Thank you so much for always taking such great care of Kitty Pandora! She always enjoys her stays in the Cat Playroom. We are so glad that we found you. All of the staff are very friendly and your facilities are clean and wonderful. Your prices are very reasonable too. We will definitely be back again in the future.

My Vera loves Cottonwood. She hates to be away from me, but she just jumps out of the car and trots right in the front door. I was very careful where I put her because she is a pound puppy and I didn't want her to think she was back at the NHS.

VERY unorganized. No confirmation process. No guarantee that the reservation you made two months ago will actually be there. And don't schedule grooming cuz you won't have that either. BTW - Nikki is RUDE!!! Terrible front end end service and extremely un-organized!

cottonwood is the only place in the area I will take my dogs. and I have seen them all. the staff is wonderful and caring. I trust Cottonwood to care for my dogs when I can't.

My two dogs recently stayed at Cottonwood for the first time. The younger dog had a hard time at his prior kennel so I was very nervous. He is a rescue with anxiety issues. He was very happy when we picked him up, had no behavior issues during his stay and showed no signs of anxiety at all afterwards. Our 11 year old also was very happy when we picked her up. both showed no anxiety either when being dropped off. The staff was helpful and friendly and updated me on the dogs stay. The dogs also didn't have that "kennel smell" when they were picked up. I will definately be taking them back next time we need kennel services. This place is the best hands down.

We have used Cottonwood since our labs were little guys. They practically break down our door when they see the Cottonwood Valet pull up to our home top pick them up. NEVER for a moment do we have any angst about leaving our dogs, and frankly, they can't wait to go!Recently our oldest guy went to heaven to again chase and retrieve baseballs, and his younger brother has been having some lonesome times...everyone at Cottonwood has been giving Ozzy a little extra TLC, and when he gets his new brother, I know the legacy will continue.Our family will always be a reference and an advocate for our Dear Friends at Cottonwood.

I have a difficult dog, that finds it hard to be away from me. These kind folks made it much easier on her and on me. Her behavior when I picked her up was light years away from the last place she stayed at. We give this kennel thumbs and paws up! The kennel manager is a gem.
