They dont send monthly invoices. U try to communicate with owner and never answers phone. He sells your stuff without prior notification. We left over a dozen messages a month before he sold my stuff and no response. I finally got a response 3days after he sold my stuff.i had money to clear up my bill but no response. Just found out today from a very well known business owner in Hinckley that owner has done this before. I have a attorney that will be filing a suit against them seeing they violated the fair debt act. I highly recommend using different storage center
