I took an auto I purchased brand new last year for its first safety inspection since the inspection done by the dealership. It had 10,000 miles on it. They failed it for the factory tint. They remove my chrome license plate frames without asking. They left my car in a mess. never again. BTW, it passed at the next station I took it to.
