I broke my old phone. I use it for both business AND its my only personal line, so had to get a new one. I hated my experience with other people/locations locally, because either they didn't know what they're doing, tried to up-sell, mess ed-up my plan, or were not nice to deal (i've been to all three Watertown locations: best buy, mall, and arsenal street). So I was procrastinating. Finally went to arsenal street location and Heidi helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable(been there for 7 yrs.), didn't try to up-sell my plan nor my phone, helped me choose the best phone, was extremely nice to deal with (but REAL...not this fake smile stuff which gets old really quick), and because of her "just the facts" joe dragnet attitude, FAST! Took only 45 minutes start to finish, and that's including sharing funny stories and laughing about our personal stories with dealing with the public! And did i mention accurate!?! I don't have to make phone calls or go back to have something fixed like other times, other stores and people. So I HIGHLY recommend arsenal street ATT, Heidi (although sure her co workers are good too) to anyone in this area with AT&T. Forget the rest, just deal with the best. H-E-I-D-I. :)
