I brought my 7 year old laptop in for service, it was extremely slow (remenber what it was like with dialup), well along with that I had some nasty malware on it. I explained to the owner what was going on with it, he understood everything I had mentioned. Well less than 2 days later, and at a very reasonable cost, my Laptop is acting like it is brand new, it hasn't been this fast in years. If your looking to get your PC/Laptop back in top working order, trust me, you want their service.

This store is the benchmark for customer service and professionalism. Staff know what they are doing, they have many years of experience, and they ask lots of important questions in order to provide timely service that gets my computer back at work where it ought to be. Taylor is a genius.

I can't say enough good. If you want professionals who know what they are doing, who act quickly and economically, then these are the folks you're looking for.

Just switched from PC to Mac.
Taylor came to the house, went through the OS with us so we could understand and navigate comfortably. Thank you Taylor and CC for past help as well

My computer stopped working, so I called and spoke with Taylor. He came to my house, picked my computer up and fixed it, then returned it and hooked it back up. Went above and beyond, as my computer was then working; but it showed that I was not on line and he very kindly fixed that problem for me also. I highly recommend them - excellent, friendly service and reasonable price.

I just came back from visiting The Computer Center for an irritating little problem I had with my Macbook. I knew that going to the Genius Bar would be a huge undertaking, require an appointment, and probably send me away without a good resolution, so I took a chance on this place, and I'm so glad I did.



I was helped right away by Taylor, who knew what he was doing. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and the price was right. I will definitely go back if I have another problem.
