The salesman was really nice.. I bought a new 2016 ford escape .took it back a couple months after getting it and they told me nothing was wrong with it.. took it back a couple weeks later and needed a new transmission put in..they had it over a week I had to fight with them to get me a loaner car so I could get to work.and I finally get it back and it's still messed up...took it back and they said nothing is wrong with it..well I took it to another ford garage and there is something wrong with the transmission again... the service department sucks!!!I will never bring my car there again and will not recommend anyone to go there.

Working with the salesman was great! Frank worked very hard to help us but they didn't have the car we wanted. We got the exact car we wanted at a different place. A manager called me and was so rude!!! If I would have been treated with respect I would have recommended Davidson's because Frank tried so hard to get us what we wanted but to be treated so badly and by a manager. Management needs to work on customer service!!!
