They can't take care of their own finances. How are they going to take care of your car?

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! The only good review written for this company came from its office manager. Charlene Williams, the name of the person who wrote the review, which was all fictional by the way, is the office manager. This place knowingly over charges customers and when they are caught they just ignore the customer. They never fix any of the maintainance problems on any of the properties. The vehicles are not taken care of, as a matter of fact they are mistreated big time. They can not pass their health inspections and cant pay their bills. They treat their employees like crap and their customers even worse. If the Army knew what kind of business they were supporting they would be horrifide!!!!!

This is thee worst place ever, I would never recommend anyone to store their furniture, goods, or car here or live in none of their properties. They lie and say they are in a meeting when really is the supervisor & manager talking. They overcharge soldiers, and don't keep up with paperwork. Those commercials need to be ceased, because the manager and owner are full of lies and corruption.

This company was a life saver they took the time to get to know me and my family. We were having problems getting settled and they took care of everything. Hotel reservations helped us get to the car rental facility, they picked up my family from the airport do they could get our vehicle. They never charged us for any of these extra services. They are professional and courteous. Keep up the good work!!

Very unprofessional. The owner and manager never put the customer first. Caught the manager in a lie the first 5 minutes I was in the office. Very untrusting Family ran business. Would never recommend. If you have any respect for your hard earned income, pay the extra dollar and get the quality service you deserve because you will not find it here. For the owner: keep yourself out of the commercials, its not helping your business

Disgustingly filthy rooms for rent. Very poorly kept up. Too expensive for what they are like....
