I went to Verizon go wireless with a problem with my phone. There's a new employee there with a birthmark on his face(forgot his name sorry). He immediately took me in as the lady there paid me no mind. He asked me what the issue was. Tried to solve the problem . First attempt didn't work. He asked the lady for help but she gave him attitude which I thought was rude. He tried something else and it worked. He showed me how to work my phone and what to do if I had the problem again. Very helpful and professional. I would recommend friends and family to go to him if they need to go to the store for whatever reason
