I've been a regular customer for 11 yrs. I brought car in for oil change and a problem with the wires on one headlight. I could go over a bump or shut my door and the light would go on and off. Charged me $42 for a headlight bulb. (Which I had one in my glove box and could have replaced it myself, better than them obviously) $42 for a headlight bulb that they FORGOT to install. I got a ticket. I had my father check it out. There was no bulb in the socket at all. On top of that, my low beam wires were hanging UNPLUGGED. Since I had a bulb there was no reason for them to install and charge me for one since I simply asked them to check out the wire situation. So I took the ticket and receipt from them thinking they would simply refund the money. No, I had to leave it broken!?!? Since it's fixed and I don't have a receipt from another shop he basically said I could be lying about it. 11 yrs, avg $1000 yearly, $11000 and I am now going to suddenly start lying? And I STILL have a wire issue.
