Riverside Cemetery Association in Cape Vincent, NY was faced with some badly deteriorated pavement in its historic 1880's cemetery. As with most cemeteries, funding is scarce and has to be allocated very carefully.



A quote for pavement resurfacing, from Purcell Paving, was very competitive and the Cemetery Association was able to accomplish the repaving of the main center road and the main East/West front in the cemetery.
