The girl that was suggested to me before going in was not there so I made an appointment with someone else. I planned my whole day around my 6:30pm appt. I go in and the girl tells me my hair is too dry to do anything and says I need a few MONTHS of conditioning treatments. BUT, doesn't even suggest a trim and conditioning treatment on the spot. WTH????? She had no clue who she was talking to, my Mother is a cosmetologist, the girl just didn't want to work so now the salon has lost their business from me--and I get my hair done atleast every 2 months. Their loss!
