I wish it was possible to give 0 stars, the staff(including the managers) are VERY rude, We were never welcomed not asked if we needed help. There was only 2 other customers there. I asked the cashiers names me was ignored and when I asked again, she threatened me, refused a $20 refund after over a $100 purchase. No records of gift certificates, so there's more money wasted here. The store has a limited selection with not many options. I regret my hour drive there and am FIGHTING for my $20 refund, including calling the BBB and Chamber of Commerce.

Knowingly instructs employees to deceive customers. Tried to charge more for shipping than invoice confirmed via email claiming over sized items cost 10% more. I will be reporting his fraudulent business practices to the BBB and the Attorney General!

If I could give them "0" stars it would be better. they quote you one price and then try to get more out of you. then they won't give you your money back justa credit. Stay away from merchants like this that try to rip you off. it is a shame that this has to go on in Watertown NY to have merchants like this try and sell to our kids. Shame on them. Stay away and don't be deceioved by crooks
