I went in this salon 1 time and had a horrible experience. I went here bc I learned that Billy Kyne was the only one with redken in the area. I was the only customer in the salon yet it took him over 20 min to get started bc he was on his cell phone the whole time. He then proceeded to take calls the entire time I was getting my service. He asked if I wanted water but then never brought it. It took me 15 min to check out bc he didn't have his cc swipe machine ready. All in all..I wasn't happy. Very very unprofessional.
