On Valentine's Day, my husband and I came to this store to get us both on the same plan. Because my husband is the greatest person ever, he bought me an iPhone 7 Plus out-right, so we wouldn't have to pay the extra $30whatever a month. We were helped by Leroy. We spent several hours at this location, where Leroy promised that we qualified for a promotion where we would get a gift card of $650 for transferring me from my old T-Mobile plan to Sprint. This turned out to be completely and utterly incorrect and was a simple buy-back program. My husband asked several times if we would get the full $650 gift card after reading the promotional material, and every single time we were told we would absolutely get the full $650 - guaranteed! It's clear that the salespeople of this store are just interested in making the sale, and the associate Cameron - who was not even involved with the sale - was fairly condescending. We even came back later after talking to the manager and Cameron continued this behavior, laughing in our faces and telling us that we were basically dreaming if we thought we'd get the full $650; Even after being promised it for over 2 hours during the transaction. While the manager was very professional, she only offered "DISCOUNTED" accessories as a solution, or to fully return the devices - AFTER we've already had them activate them and the store made its sale.

While Sprint is a great company, we do NOT recommend working with this store if you want honest and professional service.
