The pharmacy at the Walmart in Watertown is a pharmacy that one would go to if they desire to encounter horrible customer service. You walk in expecting to pay for your prescription and you leave being told that your insurance company told them you needed to use the mail order pharmacy. That's all well and fine except for the fact that the pharmacy knew ahead of time that you would not be able to pick up your prescription and, they failed to call you so, you had to drive 15-20 minutes out of your way for a prescription you couldn't even get. Furthermore, the employees at this pharmacy are reluctant at best to go out of their way to help a customer other than to do the basics, such as, gathering customers medications. If you ask for extra assistance such as contacting the insurance company, they will walk behind the counter and snicker and roll their eyes to the other employees. One pharmacist in particular is the icing on the cake. If you ask to speak to him when he approaches you his response will be, "yeah, what's up" because apparently that's exactly what his 4 to 6 years in pharmaceutical school taught him. Instead of having the bedside manner of a pharmacist who is a professional, he speaks to his customers as though he works at a 7/11. As a matter of fact, I have had better service at the dollar tree because employees in lesser positions seem to not feel so entitled. Moreover, do not have any sort of disagreement with any employee in this department because they will most certainly ignore you and call you a b*t*ch under their breath. Lastly, if you happen to be a person of color, meaning that you are African American, Native American, Hispanic, etc... definitely expect for this particular pharmacist to say" yeah, what's up" because evidently your an idiot who deserves no other greeting than an ignorant one and you must be coming in for morphine lollipops. If you desire the best service possible and you want to actually see a smiling face, DO NOT got to this pharmacy because you will encounter an employee who is slow and has the personality of rice. Obviously she doesn't need her job so for those of you who are unemployed and reading this post apply now. Watertown Walmart pharmacy needs happy individuals who actually want and need their paychecks.
