I want to thank you for helping me with my MacBook. After returning my computer to Connecting point to repair a burned drive for the 2nd time in 2 mos. they fixed it for free. While it was there, they found the battery was under a recall. They shipped it off to Apple to have it fixed. When I received it back, they had replaced the battery, the HDD, the keyboard/mouse pad, and the outer shell casing. I got a brand new computer back and the best customer service i have ever received. And even better this was all while i was relocating to NJ! Thanks Connecting Point.. and Spencer. I have never been happier to have someone else work on my computer!
