Took my computer to computer Dan's. When I brought it in he said the reason it was slow and running bad was due to spyware. So he did the spyware scan and charged me accordingly. Took it home turned it on and same problem. Pop ups, slow ect. Took it right back 20 min after I picked it up and told him it still had the same problem. He said I must of infected it again. I explained to him I just picked it up and hadn't even been on the internet yet so it would of been impossible for me to infect it again. He explained to me it was all my doing and I would be charged again if I wanted it fixed. So I just left took it to Ai computers were it was done right. So will never go back and will tell everyone I know my experience with him and not to have your computer fixed there.

Fast and knows what he is doing. Fixed it at the front desk and never charged me a penny.

I can belive Mike at altus has nothing better to do than to write fake reviews. When I worked there he lied and ripped off every one. went to computer dans, what a joke, find something else to do, you have no idea how to fix computers, mine is worse then ever!!! and was way over charged, stay away.......
