I took my daughter and mother to Mrs. Rich for hearing tests and a hearing aid adjustment. (My husband just took a job at a local law firm so we are new to town) She misdiagnosed my daughter's hearing condition and did not fit my mother's hearing aid propperly causing her not only pain but llimited her abilyt to adequatly hear low-pitch sounds. I called Mrs. Rich to inform her that she had misdiagnosed my daughter (who ended up needing surgery on her inner-ear after she was correctly diagnosed by her pediatrician!) and Mrs Rich was rude and defensive. She refused to acknowledge that she did not perform thte hearing test correctly for a 4 year old and said that Aberdeen is lucky to have anyone who tests hearing. She reminded me of who here inlaws were (Her father in-law is Tim Rich) and hung up. Very unprofessional. After talking to other mothers at my daughter's daycare, they too, have had similar stories and experiences about Mrs. Rich.
