I have brought clothes in for consignment and whenever I ask, the owner shuffles papers around and says she'll call me later. She should have my information. I never get a call and I never get a payout. Beware. Jam packed everwhere. It looks like a hoarder runs it. I bought a Columbia jacket. I found out when I got home, the lining was missing and a cigarette burn hole. I contacted her and she said no returns policy. I had to throw the jacket away. It was $19.99 wasted. I'm never going back.

I tried to have her sell dresses for me. my dresses were on the rack for a week. I went to collect my money and she claimed she didn't know what happened to them. She wanted to charge me for taking back my clothes. Poor business ethics. She told me not to come back but still has my a lot of my clothes. Place is filthy could get up the stairs due to stuff in stairs . Clothes hung inside out. Better managed with previous owner, I got paid. Something very sneaky about this place..

This is a terrible business, Does not know how to run a business. I took a lot of clothes, shoes and purses. I was a pick up , not a donate consigner. The owner never paid me for 9 pieces that were sold, and donated over 40 items that I came to pick up. I kept calling every week and she kept telling me she did have them ready for pickup. I asked for my money and she said her records were at home. She said she was remodeling. Every time I called she had some excuse. Now she said I did not have any money coming. She has been putting me off for almost a year. Bad business person. Her name is Kathy Contreras.
