What a nightmare to have my home violated by water damage and mold, necessitating my moving out and then the step-by-step process of learning the stages that needed to be addressed to make my home safe and livable again. This was an overwhelming and highly stressful situation for me. Tiffany is fantastic- efficient and professional, responding to my questions and informing me of the various stages that would be occurring during the water damage/mold remediation. I so appreciate her wisdom and support as well as her warmth and compassion in a time of high stress. Her caring was most refreshing and greatly appreciated. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment to have my stepson's room carpet cleaned. I got an appointment the same week. They got to my house exactly on time and the two men that came were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I did not stay at my house while they did the work and when they were done they called to let me know they were locking the door and leaving. When I got home everything was as I had left it and the rug looked GREAT! They were also VERY reasonably priced and I felt like they went above and beyond! I will be using them again VERY soon!!!

During our trying times with our home totally in disarray, Adam Wolman, John Avery, and Harvey Ohnmacht were exceptional in assisting us in returning our home back into a livable situation.Adam remained calm, he was very professional, corresponded with the insurance agency and assisted with the clean up. We had trouble with are furnace once that left black soot throughout the house. Advance 1 sent an unbelievable crew to clean. They even cleaned every toy in my kids rooms. I have 4 children...WOW... Very kind and caring people. And a terrific job done... My house was never so clean or has ever been so clean since the day they finished. And they had my 14 room home spotless in less then 3 days.
