We have done business with Phoenix Computers for 15+ years. Phoenix has lead many successful projects at our multi-site company. They support all of our IT needs, including Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, PC's, AV software and company wide virus removal, backup software and hardware, as well as complex software installation and support. We are currently in the middle of a virtualization initiative and Phoenix is on top of it all.



I would highly recommend Phoenix Computers as a company that will serve all the IT needs of any small and mid-sized business in the Central Maine area.

In 2.5 years Phoenix Computers has grown our local infrastructure to new heights, while working within the restraints of the limited economy. They have "arisen" to the occasion, many times. I am most impressed by their ability to adjust to our education industry, which is unlike corporate ones.

I have been doing business with Phoenix Computers located in Waterville Maine for several years. I have purchased Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Software and all other equipment from this company without any problems. The ethics of the office staff and technical support staff is unmatched. I have used other tech support vendors in the past that could not come through with the quality of service as Phoenix Computer does. Not only is there on site technical work exceptionally good,  on several occasions I have had remote assistance as well as on phone support. I would highly recommend Phoenix Computers to anyone personal or business looking for technical support.
