We've been getting remote car starters there for years, but it seems like there's always mistakes. This year, they put the starter in backwards, so you had to lock to unlock and vice versa. There a few other annoyances. It's almost like they just started doing installs last year although they've been doing them for a decade. Even our auto dealer says they have more problems with them than Creative Sounds up the road, which is where we'll try with our next vehicle. They are not very apologetic, and seem a little condescending whenever we have a complaint (which is frequently!) Nice enough folks, just not the highest quality service.

I agree with johnson94. They almost ruined my vehicle.

Totally dissatisfied!! You wait to get your vehicle in there and then everything goes to Hell. They give you different prices from the original quote, tell you something that was a 20 -30 min install took longer and now bill you for 1hr n 15min... Don't waste you time because they will get your money. Call creative sounds very happy with their service and finished product.
