My driveway was done on 6-30-2021 In less than 1 month my driveway started cracking bad. I had called & I was told that they don't warranty their work, & that they did not know how to fix it or what they can do. I was also told that someone else had called & complained about their driveway doing that same thing. I was told to patch it myself & reseal the driveway that should take care of it. Well nope it is worse now than before. I would like to know what needs to be done to take care of this issue. I would much rather resolve this issue than have to report this issue to an attorney. Please, I am trying to work with you. MY driveway should not be like this in less than a month or 1years time I am looking forward to hearing back from you on this issue. I did report this problem to the BBB. We did have the driveway redone 1 year ago & now again it is cracking and leaving indentations from the boat tires sitting in the driveway over winter mind you. This shouldn't happen during the winter months. I emailed them again telling them that the same problem has come up again. They said they would come look at it. I did try and report this to the BBB again. Well once again I had to email. This was my email to them. Just wondering if you have come to look at the driveway yet. It has been ten days since I have emailed you. Wondering if we can come to a way to resolve this issue that keeps happening to our driveway. There response was this...Hello Anne my supervisor and I did come look at your driveway and we come to the conclusion that we are not going to make any repairs to it unfortunately black top does crack and the divers are from the boat sitting in the same place for a extended period of time u tired us in to the better business bureau twice and trash talked us on the internet with that being said we will not warranty any thing. If you ask me very unprofessional to cancel a warranty for I was trying to get this problem fixed. This is just wrong to handle it this way.
