Over the course of 20+ years, the great people in this pharmacy have gone above and beyond in assisting me with the myriad of medical problems I have incurred due to an auto accident in Dec. of 2000. The past 2 years have put such a shortage of personnel within ALL service sectors, along with constant supply chain "snafu's", but the great staff at the Waterville Kroger Pharmacy have still managed to take such good care of me in any way they could. And no, I am NOT related to anyone there or ever worked there!! They (somehow?!?), keep their friendly, courteous and professional manners when dealing with the worst of us.....someone who feels like mud under a tire, who wants something to make them feel better NOW!
