I spent over $12,000 on a camera system for my residence over two years ago. After having numerous issues with the system and numerous conversations with the owner Lou, he just gave me the run around and my issues never got resolved. At which point I had an inoperable system and was forced to hire another company to come and service the system and replace the DVR drive purchased from Lou at Imperial Security Systems. Lou is an awful businesman and now I am forced to turn to the courts to get my money returned for the bad system he sold me! I highly recommend anyone looking for a dependable and reasonable security company look elsewhere.

I have been a customer for ten years. Awesome security systems I have alarm, fire and carbon detectors The monthly fees/rates are the best.
