Mini Swedish Vacation-30 min $35- Short but sweet while getting the same health benefits. You can choose upper body, lower body or a simple yet soothing full back massage. Deep Tissue Massage-60 min $80- Perfect for people with active lifestyles. Choose from upper body and upper back or lower body and lower back. This is not a relaxation massage and usually requires the participation of the client. Integrative Massage -90 min $110- The ultimate massage experience! Includes dry brushing, hot stone back massage, a honey face massage, chamomile tea bags for your eyes, hand and foot scrub, reflexology and ends with chakracleansing. Hot Stone Massage -60 min $75, 90 min $105- These stones have been personally selected from streams and beaches of New England. These stones are heated and massaged over sore and tired muscles. Balance mind, body and spirit as the warmth of the stones melt away tension and stress. Walk in the Clouds Reflexology-60 min - $65- Gentle pressure is applied to points on the feet that correspond to different organs/ systems in the body. Sessions include dry brushing and relaxing foot soak.Reiki or IET- 60 min $65- Choose from a Reiki Session or an Integrative Energy Therapy session. Each one is unique yet powerfully effective in clearing energy blockages in the body. These sessions are done fully clothed with specific integration points being held. Medical/Therapeutic Massage- 60 minutes $65- This massage focuses on one specific body part or issue in need of attention. Different therapeutic techniques are incorporated to give you the relief you need. Chronic issues that can be helped with medical massage are carpal tunnel, chronic neck, back or shoulder pain, TMJD, plantar fasciitis and many other overuse injuries. This is not a relaxing massage and requires client participation.
