I have never had anything but great service here.

I had a HORRIBLE experience! My hair was cut completely uneven. My hair was down to the top of my pants and she took a big chunk out of one of the sides. I was getting highlights too, she left the bleach on for too long on the top and not long enough underneath so I ended up with almost white hair on top with lots of orange pieces on the bottom. It was so ugly!!! I complained and had another stylist fix it but she didn't listen to me either and ended up cutting my hair straight across on the bottom. I wanted long layers. The girl who "fixed" my hair ended up cutting off 6 inches of my hair. The color wasn't even fixed hardly at all, she just ended up lightening up the underneath and adding lowlights to the top which that color on the top washed away the first time I shampooed my hair. I will never ever go back!
