I so enjoy working with Sue at EC Cooper. Anytime I have any questions about anything she is always so helpful. Whenever i need to add something to one of my policy's she has it done immediately. She has saved me money on my policy's. She took the time to research the best insurance companies for my needs. Amy K.

I think I have worked with everyone on staff -- as well as owners Mike and Doug -- and I feel like they are very in tune with what I need. We were sold Insurance by this company with cover by Finger Lakes Fire and Casualty we were promised coverage to suit our needs. However when we had a claim it was another story, we found information had not been passed on by the Agency to the Insurance company and we have been trying to get our claim settled 13 months after our fire. Neither company can be recommended. We have not been treated fairly. Beware
