I received a call on Monday Sept. 11th 2021 stating my boat was ready.I had taken it there for winterization and check the lower unit for slowly going down. I went Thursday the 14th to get it. Iwent to the office and paid in full.We went to the shop and picked up my battery and boat cover.I asked him questions about the prop fading and he didn’t seem to know about it. I asked him about the fluid level and I think he was just going along with the conversation and said it was fine. I don’t think he even checked it just because of his actions and how he answered my questions.I went to hook up my boat.Upon paying I said I didn’t see it up front and she told me it must be out back. Really?I went among the boats and didn’t see it.I drove around the whole yard again looking for it and went back to the office.She said let’s go over and ask the mechanic where it was so we did.On the way over another different man came out of one of a building and she asked him where my boat was.He told her it was in the shop and wasn’t done yet. Seriously?Who runs a business and doesn’t know what’s going on?She offered to take the shrink wrap price off because it wasn’t done and take the boat. Excuse me,that’s why I took it there.I said“ unbelievable,Ihave better things to do” I left and accidentally spun my tire for a second . I DIDN’T do it on purpose.She called the next day and said it was ready and don’t come back next year because of my rant.
I DIDN’T plan on taking it back next year to this incompetent business.Seriously, they didn’t even know where my boat was parked and wasn’t done yet.To make it worse it cost me a lot more money than it should have.It was supposed to start raining Saturday,and my ground was already on the soft side,so I wanted to pick it up .I had workers I was paying for at my house and they were waiting for me to get back and getting paid for waiting. I just hope I save someone else the grief of waisting their time and money,not to mention,lack of work done .
