We use Athens Micro as our in-house IT support contractor. They provide excellent service and provide value to us not only from an IT support perspective, but cybersecurity compliance as well.

Athens Micro is the best place in Athens to receive all of your tech service needs. Seeing that little sticker in the corner of my computer reassures me that I can call that number any time day or night and receive tech help!

The folks at Athens Micro are highly trained and poised to serve. There is not a question we ask that stumps them. There is no job too big or too small. They are always attentive to our requests and quick to complete the job. We have worked with them for over 20 years. We had a computer break down with a corrupted hard drive. Athens Micro came out immediately and not only did they replace the drive and get all the data transferred they contacted HP and did all the warranty paperwork so if was free of charge.

I have had wonderful experiences with Athens Micro. Ryan worked with me for around five months when I started with C& K South and has a wealth of knowledge. He was always able to determine my issue and resolve it in a timely manner.
Now Ben works with me and he is equally as knowledgeable. He has been able to help me with a few things that I have had issues with and leave me feeling as if I knew more than before. He takes the time to explain things so that I can understand because I am NOT tech savvy. I would recommend Athens Micro to anyone(personal and businesses) for their computer needs.
