Honestly for yor safety and health do not hire

We hired Brownies concrete, owned by Rocky Brown, to do a large stamped concrete patio. From day one there were issues that should have signaled a red flag, but we figured he knew what he was doing since he had been 'doing this for 30 years'. The first pour of concrete he couldn't even finish because apparently they sent him a 'hot load'. He blamed it on the concrete company. He had to Jack hammer it out because he wasn't able to work it. He set everything up again, and ordered from the same place he said screwed him with the 'hot load', which i thought was odd. I trusted his "years of experience". He then buried a fully loaded concrete truck in my yard to its axles hundreds of feet from the patio. Me being somewhat understanding and trusting of this contractor, he then uses wheelbarrows to move the concrete from the truck to the patio. Obviously the concrete set up before they could finish the patio resulting in him rushing to apply the release, stamp it and only 3/4 of it being poured and the rest starting to harden in the truck. He finally gets the truck unstuck, after ruining my yard, and i see them dumping concrete and washing out on the side of my driveway, given permission by Rocky Brown, not me, but it was too late when i confronted the driver. The 3rd concrete truck shows up days later and they finally finish the pour. Each section was very obviously a different shade, and the coloring was way off. According to Rocky Brown, he had done this countless times and it would definitely match and it was due to the different pour times why they looked different. Everclear 350 sealer was applied. Color was still very mismatched. The following day there were hundreds of bubbles all over the patio in the sealer. Contacting Rocky through text asking about the sealer, the obvious mis match in different sections in the patio, multiple blow outs, areas that never got stamped and fixing the yard. He was belligerent, rude and condescending. I personally had to pop every bubble with a screw driver and power wash the patio because he wasn't 'able to'. Wanting the job done i thought i would help him. He finally reapplied the sealer 'nice and thick' as stated by him. He 'fixed' my yard and we agreed on a reduced price and ended on decent terms. Not a year later the sealer is flaking and failing terribly. I had a concrete contractor come out and contacted others, all agreed its due to over application and improper installation of the sealer. I spoke to Brownies dealer where he purchased the sealer and he agreed also. They all mentioned 2 to 3 years this sealer should last even if exposed to alot of sun, which it is. Also alot of small and very large chips appeared along the foundation side due to no expansion joint being used between the foundation and new concrete. Contacted Brownies and spoke to his secretary, she said he would call and he never did. I called his business number multiple times and never recieved a call back. Was ignored for weeks, got a hold of his secretary from a different phone number and when i stated my name she went silent for over a minute and then hung up. I remained calm and polite because i wanted this resolved and i have dealt with Rocky Brown's temper before I finally spoke with Rocky once and he was being decent to me but said he had no idea when he could come. Due to the lack of response prior to him calling me almost a month later, i assumed he, Rocky Brown, wouldn't be following up on his issues, i contacted other local stamped concrete installers when i mentioned the issues and recommendations from other installers he once again got very angry, belligerent, and threatened to have me arrested if i called again or left bad reviews.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. i will gladly show you his texts, poor workmanship, and ...
