I hired Eye Level Construction to replace planks and beams in my mult-level deck. I was very pleased with the thoroughness, quick responses to my questions via email or phone, and professionalism of Paco and his associate. The estimate was detailed down to the type of wood to be used, and the plan was implemented as described on the agreed date. The deck looks great!

What a pleasure it is dealing with Eye Level Construction. Francisco Arias is a true craftsman. We hired him to renovate our kitchen. New counter tops and back splash. He also refinished our kitchen cabinets and added a custom center island. Our kitchen now looks like something you see in Sunset magazine. After seeing how great the kitchen looked we had him remodel the family room. He took out the wall dividing the kitchen and family room, refaced the fireplace and added a custom mantle. Everyone who sees the new room really likes it. They can't believe it was ever two rooms. Finally I had them fully insulate and drywall my garage. They added overhead storage with a pull down latter for access. I also now have custom built cabinets lining one full wall in the garage. Francisco is a detail person and works with you to achieve your dream. They were always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and always kept us informed. I highly recommend Francisco Arias and will use them again.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Eye Level Construction did for us. The kitchen remodel turned out very well and the quality of the work was excellent. We did not use Eye Level Construction for the counter tops and I now wish we had. In addition to the kitchen work, Eye Level Construction also did some repair and painting on our back patio and inside the house. Again, the quality of the work was excellent. We found the staff very easy to work with and very friendly. They always met their commitments on scheduling and left our house as clean as possible when they were done for the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Eye Level Construction for home remodeling projects.

Eye level construction has helped me in remodeling my bathroom from making me a full hardwood bathroom cabinet to replacing my electric water heater every time making it a pleasant stress free experience for me and my family.
