Walk in at 730am to buy my lottery tickets, i ask the guy in the counter if i can borrow a pen , he responded in a rude manner and told me that he doesn't have a pen but 2 pens is sitting by the cash register. I told him that theres 2 pen in there and responded by telling that next time i buy my lottery ticket i should bring my own pen. I was surprised by the response and i told him never mind and i told him i don't need to buy from them from now on, i even told him that i will complain to the owner and he pointed out to his name tag and he said you need my name and he pointed out to his name tag Arturo...before i left he asked me if i want the number to call the owner and i wrote it down....this is the worst customer service i ever experience here in watsonville, ca...i will never patronize this particular store ever...i buy my gas here every week since its only 2 blocks from where i lived and spend a lot of money buying lottery tickets there...

Do not take you car here to have a smog test. They will charge you twice if you car does not pass unless you have the repairs done at their location. This is poor business practice and a way of taking advantage of you. Go to Soquel 76 where they will let you retest once, no charge, and they don't have to make the repairs. I have placed a formal complaint with the Dept. of Automotive against this location.
