This dentist does not even deserve one star. Beware because they are have dishonest billing practices. The Office Manager worked up a quote in the amount of $2,800 which covered 4 cleanings, x-rays and a partial plate. I explained that I could not afford this so the Office Manager convinced me see if I qualified for Care Credit Card. Well I did qualify, but I did not agree for them to charge me up front for this entire amount before any of the services had been provided. So now here I was stuck with this huge credit card debit, which basically forced us to use their services. I have never in my life been charged up front by ANY dentist office before services have been provided. My daughter reluctantly went to the 4 painful cleanings, but did not want to go back for the particial. They have refused to reimburse me for the partial that they owe me so I have taken other measures to retrieve that money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE.
