I found this place through this website, called him and described the fixing on a rack that has been built and taken off of my van. The boss Eugeen insisted i transport the rack to his shop so that he could evaluate the work to give an estimate cost. The rack weighs 250 pounds so i rented a truck to transport it his shop. Arriving his shop, he dodged away from giving me the cost assumption, reasoning that he can't tell the cost because he couldn't assume how much time and material needed, despite the clear discription of the work..he took all my credit info though. I had told him that i was a traveler and wanted to be on my road as soon as my rack is fixed and installed. First he said they will start working on it the same day though he would call me to give an estimation later in the same day, he never did. When i called him back he replied that it will be finished the next day early afternoon but again he would call me back to let me know, he still did not call.

When showed up next day pm, he kept me waiting by ignoring me while i was in the shop and yelled from the other end of the shop that work was not finished.. and still no cost estimation and though the work had been started. I insisted on an estimation he blurbed $800 to &1000. The rack had initially cost $450 to built from the scratch, including materials.

I asked him to itemize the work and show me what has been done..in the end all he had to do was to add three additional crossbars and raise the metal feet and install the aliminum toolbox withe wind shield to the prebuilt skeleton.

He then said it'll be sometime in the morning the next, next day! He would call me, he never did. So i went back around noon two days later. The workers had fixed it but left it unpainted. So he took the rack out of shop and i painted the bottom before they would install it. He then said he will come out with the invoice, while pain it outside of his shop.
He came out with a bill, which only indicates "fixing rack" and amount is 1685$. I told him this was "outrages" i wanted to see an itemized invoice for the work. He started becoming rude and asking me to pass him my credit card. I told him he could only run $1400 otherwise the card will refuse it. So charged the amount and walked inside and showed no sign that they will install it. I insisted this was part of the work but he refused to acknowled that and telling me that i was asking for extra work. Unfortunately i couldn't take the huge rack in a bag so how could he assume that the installation wouldn't be the part of the work..after insisting he left the site saying he was going to funeral and his workers took the initiative to help me out to install it..
He was not only rude but also unprofessional to take care of the work properly...Maybe he thought that i was desperate and i could accept whatever he says but i definitely don't recommend dealing with this place..The installation was done by one of his younger workers in rush and as i hid the road the clippers came off although i paid them three times more money to fix it than the cost to build it from the scratch...Don't fall in his trap!
I feel being completely ripped off, he took all my money that was available on my credit card.
