I'm from Santa Cruz. New to Watsonville. My boyfriend got me a gift certificate to Rio tanning. I was new to tanning. The Manager Roxanne was so sweet. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. She explained everything to me about each bed and all the lotions. She was concerned for my safety, my satisfaction and my comfort. They made a tiny mistake with my certificate, an employee called Roxanne and had it fixed immediately. The rooms are very clean. The beds are awesome. They have a great variety depending on what you are looking to do. I see Roxanne and her staff treat others with kindness. Over all I had an awesome experience. Feels like hanging with knowledgable, very clean, friends. I will always be a customer here as long as I tan. Highly recommended.
