My name is Laurie and I am a reservations agent for Princess Cruises. I had the honor of taking a call from Jim the other day. He has to be one of the friendliest agents I've ever spoken with. He was also very organized and had his clients best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Jim as a travel agent.

I took my first cruise with South Pacific Adventure a few years ago to the Pacific Northwest with Royal Caribbean.

Jim was the person who handled everything.

He took the time to monitor any promotions....even after we had paid. So, that when such promotions are given, we still reaped the benefits of reduced fares.

He arranged the bus to take us right up to the loading dock inside the terminal; so, boarding was a breeze. I never had to handle my luggage from the time I boarded the bus to the time I arrived in my room.

Jim accompanies all the group cruises. He is a seasoned cruiser & has a great rapport with the onboard staff which helps in taking care of all and any special needs of the group.

I can hardly wait to go on his next group cruise to Alaska in May of 2010!

I encourage anyone interested in a wonderful getaway, to go with South Pacific Adventure!
