Avoid this place like the plague! Worst customer service and completely unprofessional!

Brought my truck in for a steering gear box change. Tells me it will take one day. Drop my truck off on a Friday morning, 7:30 am. I call and check 4 times throughout the day. He only answered once, at 2:00 pm, and tells me he's working on it. I call right before 5pm, which is closing time, and he doesnt answer. So, my truck stays in there over night. Call back Saturday, AND THEY ARE CLOSED. ALL WEEKEND. Call first thing Monday morning, he tells me that he wasn't able to get to it Friday (after he told me he was working on it already) and that it will be taken care of today. I call 3 times during the day, noone answers. I go up there at 4pm, he tells me he hasn't even touched my truck.

I tell him this is ridiculous, I want my keys, I'm leaving. THE GUY CUSSES ME OUT. Yeah, really.

And to top it off, he left my $400 Redhead steering box out in the back of my truck all weekend for anyone to steal. Thankfully they didn't. But it rained about 4 inches, and now there is rust on the bolts and gearbox.

Scott Lang is an angry little man. Don't let all the cars out in front of his shop give you the false impression that he is busily working on them. They are out there because he doesn't know what he's doing and can't fix them.
