I called them to check their rates and availability for a service call. I found their prices to be reasonable and scheduled an appointment to have my furnace checked. They arrived five minutes early. I asked the technician to check my unit over to be sure it was safe and operational. . He spent some time looking it over and making a couple small adjustments. He had it run a couple cycles to be sure all was well and gave it a clean bill of health. THAT'S when I told him another local company told me it might be dangerous to use it. He went back to double check his findings. After about 5-10 minutes he came back and said: "This furnace should be good for another ten years. It is old, but perfectly fine."
Hallelujah. I found someone I can trust!

The technician checked the furnace and found it to be fine. He also said it might be good for another 5-10 years. Only after he said that did I tell him about the other two companies. He double, and triple checked his findings. His response: "Save your money. This unit is a little old, but perfectly safe!"

These folks are the absolute bestEST of the best! I've been with them over ten years. I wouldn't even consider trying another place.
